Do NOT give your business to Rapid Tax. I had a situation where my taxes were submitted incorrectly and they were not only unhelpful in correcting.. But the attorney I spoke to trying to get the information called me a B*TCH and hung up…

I have filed my income tax return with them every year for almost 8 years now. I would not go anywhere else. The service there is great! The owner is always looking out for his customers!
Pros: Great service! Cons: Small office, sometimes long wait! -but that should say something as far as popularity!
